Lara Owen, FMP, SFP, currently serves as Vice President of Workplace Experience at NetApp, focusing on cultural transformation and hybrid work strategies, including the execution of a $20 million global real estate restructuring initiative. Prior to NetApp, Lara was Senior Director of Global Workplace Experience at GitHub, where a distributed workforce philosophy was developed, enhancing remote work capabilities and fostering internal community. Lara's experience also includes various roles at Pivotal Labs, where responsibilities ranged from Office Manager to Global Facilities and Operations Manager, alongside pivotal project management for new office openings. Lara holds an MFA in Printmaking from the Academy of Art University and a BA in Fine Art from Bryn Mawr College.
