Kristen Neller Verderame is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Government Relations at NetApp since November 2018, Verderame also fulfills the role of Chief Executive Officer at Pondera International LLC, a consultancy specializing in interim executive and management services since January 2008. Additionally, Verderame has held various leadership positions including General Counsel at Ocean Infinity America Inc. and Intercede, Government Affairs Advisor at FireEye, Inc., and Principal and General Counsel at SBD Advisors. Engagements include advisory roles on the Advisory Board of Albion College’s Gerstacker Institute Business School, and previous involvement with the British American Business Council as Vice President and Counsel.
