Biren Fondekar is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in digital strategy and engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience and Digital Strategy and Chief Transformation Officer at NetApp since June 2009, Biren spearheads the digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing customer services and generating new revenue streams through innovative technologies. Previously, as Vice President of Engineering, Biren improved customer experience and productivity using machine learning and AI, and as Senior Director of Engineering, developed a predictive analytics platform that supports over 15,000 users. Prior to NetApp, Biren held the position of Director of Engineering at Cisco Systems, Inc., where expertise was applied to enhance software engineering tools and technologies, ultimately driving productivity across the product development lifecycle.
