Alex Crowley has a diverse background with extensive experience in program management, account management, and customer success across various industries. Currently a Program Manager Team Lead in Customer Success Excellence at NetApp since November 2019, Alex has held multiple roles including NGS Renewals Program Manager and EMEA Renewals Program Manager. Prior to joining NetApp, Alex served as an Account Manager at rfxcel, focusing on enhancing the operations of clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Alex also has experience at NetApp UK as an Inside Service Sales Representative, and previously worked at Rackspace, Apple Retail, Soho Square Studios, and Robertson Smith & Kempson LTD in various customer-facing and sales roles. Alex holds degrees in User Experience Design from General Assembly and CareerFoundry, alongside a BTEC in Music Technology from Amersham & Wycombe College.
