Jude Huang has extensive professional experience, beginning with a role as Director of Product Release at ERDAS in 1989. Jude then moved to MaMa Media as VP, Technology in 1999, followed by a role as Senior Consultant at Bold Technologies in 2001. In 2002, they took a position as Principal Consultant at Southwire Company, and in 2003 became both CEO and CTO at Net Theory, Inc. From 2012 onwards, they have held three CTO roles at PlaceCodes, Inc.

Jude Huang has a long and diverse educational background. Jude received their Bachelor of Science in Geography from East China Normal University in 1985. Jude then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Geography from Hunter College in 1989. Finally, they obtained their Master of Business Administration in Business from Emory University in 1999.
