Ella Kaplan has a diverse work experience starting in 2021 as a Spokin Intern. Ella went on to work as a Waitress and later as a Hostess and Counter-worker at Ravinia Brewing Company. In 2023, they held roles at Net Impact as a Project Analyst and VP of Marketing, Michigan Hillel as a Freshconnect Fellow, Jewish Business Association Co-Founder & President, and Ross Connector, as well as an Intern at Recycle Ann Arbor. Currently, in 2024, they are an LSA Sustainability Intern at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
Ella Kaplan completed their high school education at Highland Park High School from 2018 to 2022. In 2021, they earned a certification in Spanish from the Illinois State Board of Education. Prior to starting their bachelor's degree, Ella participated in the Entrepreneurship for Social Impact program at The School of The New York Times in 2021. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Michigan, with an expected graduation in 2026.
