Sharmila C. has a diverse work experience in web development and UI design. Sharmila started their career as an Analyst at HCL Technologies, where they worked on large design projects and implemented client-side validations using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Sharmila then joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst (UI Developer) and was responsible for creating new applications, redesigning existing applications, and maintaining the new platform. In this role, they worked on various projects using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript. Sharmila then worked as a Graduate Assistant (Web) at the University of Central Missouri, where they developed interactive web pages from scratch using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Sharmila also analyzed and improved the university's Faculty Guide website. Sharmila later joined the University of Pittsburgh as a Web Developer and was involved in gathering specifications and requirements, implementing design layouts into web pages, and coding and maintaining new and existing websites. Currently, they are working as a Front End Developer at Net Health, where they collaborate with UI Designers to develop applications and maintain UI standards. Sharmila is also responsible for migrating Knockout pages into modern frameworks using Vue.js and Vuetify for building user interfaces and single-page applications.

Sharmila C. earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Central Missouri from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ISTQB Certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in March 2014.
