Kirsten Refsdal is a technical writer with experience in various industries. Kirsten currently works at Net Health, where they started in May 2022. Prior to that, Kirsten worked at Emerson Reid as a Large Group Marketing Coordinator from January 2019 to May 2022. Kirsten also worked as a technical writer at Cornerstone Operations Group from May 2018 to December 2018, creating documentation for internal and external users. Kirsten's previous experience includes working as a technical writer at TAIT Towers from February 2017 to October 2017, where they compiled show manuals and handled safety certificates. Before that, they worked at Home Depot from March 2013 to February 2017, serving as a Department Specialist proficient in various departments. Kirsten also worked as a Sales Associate at Things Remembered from March 2013 to November 2013 and at Kohl's from July 2007 to August 2011, assisting customers and maintaining the sales floor.

Kirsten Refsdal attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. In addition to their degree, Kirsten Refsdal has also obtained two additional certifications. In April 2019, they became a Resident Producer from Pennsylvania State Insurance. Most recently, in September 2022, they received a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io.
