Jacob Boissonnault has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jacob currently works as a Database Administrator at Net Health since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at Clayton Kendall from June 2020 to June 2022, where they were responsible for managing IT infrastructure and performing DevOps and DBA tasks. Before that, Jacob worked as a Web Developer at Clayton Kendall from May 2018 to April 2020, focusing on designing and maintaining e-commerce webpages and utilizing MySQL databases. Jacob also gained experience as a Support Analyst at the University of Pittsburgh from May 2016 to April 2018, providing technical support and installing/configuring software for staff and faculty. Moreover, Jacob had a brief role as a Junior Software Engineer at PacketViper LLC in 2017, where they developed cybersecurity web applications and configured Linux-based servers. Lastly, they started their career as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens from July 2012 to July 2016, where they provided customer service, handled transactions, and maintained records.
