Neal Tjoen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Business Analyst/Consultant at Net@Work since June 2014. Previously, Neal worked at Compuware from September 2004 to February 2014 as a Software Developer, specializing in analysis, design, and implementation within the Changepoint UI, utilizing a variety of web technologies including ASP, VBScript, and Web Forms. Earlier in Neal's career, at Engineered Management Systems from February 2000 to February 2004, leadership skills were demonstrated by initiating a design and specification process that clarified application functions and requirements. Neal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University, completed in 1998.
