Manuel Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment marketing, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Talent Attraction at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé since November 2018. In this role, Manuel leads a team focused on developing talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion strategies while promoting ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé's employer brand. Previously, Manuel held various positions at Intel Corporation from September 2005 to October 2018, including Employer Brand Marketing Manager and Recruitment and Talent Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing marketing strategies to enhance Intel's employer brand and spearheading talent engagement solutions. Early career experience includes roles at IBM and Procter & Gamble as an Employee and Organizational Data Consultant. Manuel holds a BBA in Information Technology and International Business from Harding University and an MBA in Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
