Frank Jimenez is the current President of ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé USA's Baking Division. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pamlab, a U.S. based specialty pharmaceutical company focused on medical foods for brain and metabolic health. Frank has also served as the Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales for ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé Nutrition North America (Gerber).
Frank has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Frank began their career with ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé Nutrition in 2007, where they served as the Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving growth for the company's retail business.
In 2011, Frank was appointed as the CEO of Pamlab. Under their leadership, the company achieved sales of $133 million and built a five-year strategy for growth that led to the re-launch of all three promoted brands. Frank also restructured 85% of the organization, delayering management, upgrading talent, and embedding best in class business processes.
Frank is a graduate of Cornell University and has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Frank Jimenez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Frank also participated in the Leading the ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé Way Programme and the Organizational Leadership - Nestle Leadership Programme at London Business School. Additionally, they completed the Food Industry Management Program at Cornell University.
