Fanny Mabotja has extensive experience in product development and innovation within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Innovation & Renovation at ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé since June 2011, Fanny has held multiple roles, including Innovation and Renovation Manager for Confectionary and Product and Application Specialist, focusing on product development, re-engineering, food safety, and manufacturing support. Previous experience includes a role as Junior R&D Manager at Danone and Product Development Coordinator at Tiger Brands. Fanny holds a Matric from ST Bedes Secondary School and an NDip, BTech, and MTech in Food Technology from the University of Johannesburg.
