Will Burns currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources for the Petcare Global Strategic Business Unit, Research & Development, and North American Legal at Nestlé Purina North America since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Merrick Pet Care, Inc. from September 2015 to June 2023, along with various HR management positions at Nestlé Purina North America from January 2003 to September 2015, supporting multiple corporate and manufacturing business units. Will Burns also participated in the Target Management Internship Program in 2002. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MBA from Saint Louis University, and a BBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Iowa.
