Dennis Dixon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and team leadership within the Nestlé organization. Currently serving as Distributor Team Leader and Retail Team Leader at Nestlé Purina North America since September 2018, Dennis has demonstrated a strong ability to drive performance targets through effective retail execution and customer management.
