Casey Hansen is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the pet food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Nestlé Purina North America since May 2019, Casey has previously held multiple roles, including Factory Manager and Plant Manager, contributing significantly to operational excellence and safety improvements. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Merrick Pet Care, where responsibility encompassed multiple factories and distribution facilities, alongside overseeing the construction of three new production facilities. Earlier experience at Nestlé Purina involved leadership in large-scale manufacturing operations, project engineering, and contributing to high-performing teams, earning multiple accolades for efficiency and waste reduction. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
