Rodney Schluter has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rodney began their career as a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996. Rodney then worked as an Assistant Professor at the College of Charleston from 1996 to 2001. Following that, they joined RJ Reynolds as a Sr. Scientist in 2002 and remained there until 2013. Starting from 2014, Schluter worked at Pharmavite as a Scientist, taking on various responsibilities such as new product development, formulation of organic and non-GMO products, and overseeing product formulation from benchtop to first commercial batch.
