Jean-Denis Fournier has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. Jean-Denis started their career in 1997 as a Project Engineer at Nestle France and later became an Industrial Performance Project Manager. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as a Production Manager at Nestle France, where they managed multiple areas and implemented continuous improvement initiatives. Jean-Denis then moved to Nestle UK Ltd as a Factory Manager, overseeing the production of powdered cappuccino. In 2008, they joined Nestle Nutrition as a Factory Manager for an infant formula export factory. Jean-Denis Fournier worked at Nestle Nutrition until 2012, taking on roles such as Program Manager and Business Quality Manager for the Infant Formulae business. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Campus Manager at Nestle Nutrition North America (Gerber). Currently, they hold the position of Head Of International Manufacturing, Engineering and Strategy at Nestlé Health Science, a role they have been in since 2023.
Jean-Denis Fournier completed the Executive Certificate Program in Implementing Industry 4.0 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 1993 to 1996, studying Mechanical and Management. Before their enrollment at Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Jean-Denis Fournier completed a Classe Preparatoire at Lycee Chaptal, Paris, from 1991 to 1993.
