Paula Moore-McClure has over 28 years of professional experience. Paula began their career in 1994 at McQuay International as a Field Upgrade Program Manager/QA ISO Coordinator, a Detail Drafter, a Department Manager, an Application/Technical Support Engineer/Pricing Administrator. In 1999, they moved to Des Champs Labs as a Product Manager. In 2001, they joined Electronic Data Systems as a Project Analyst. From 2002 to 2006, they worked at Crawford Industrial Group, LLC as an Operations Manager. From 2006 to 2022, they worked at Daikin Applied and Daikin McQuay in various roles, including Program Manager, New Product Introduction, Order Management System Manager, and Supplier Recovery Manager. Currently, they are a Process Improvement Manager at NESTEC, Inc.

Paula Moore-McClure received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University in 2003. Paula also received their Applied Associate of Science in Mechanical Design Technology from Blue Ridge Community College in 1994.
