Jolene Sia is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in management and project execution. Currently serving as an IT Solution Manager, IT Product Manager, and IT Project Manager at Neste since August 2019, Jolene has also worked as a freelancer in mobile application development. Prior experience includes a role as Business Systems Manager at Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific, where leadership involved overseeing a team of IT Business Analysts across India and Singapore, as well as managing application development projects and process improvements. Jolene began their career as a Senior IT Consultant at NCS Group, providing comprehensive IT services to government agencies. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computing from the University of London International Programmes.
