Hanna Maukonen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational change management and talent development. Since August 2016, Hanna has been serving as HR Development Manager at Neste, focusing on leadership development and commercial competence within the Renewable Products organization. Previous roles at Neste include Manager of Organizational Change Management, where Hanna led change management initiatives for global business transformation programs, and Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist, overseeing change leadership and stakeholder engagement in ERP transformations. Prior to joining Neste, Hanna worked as HR Assistant and Recruitment Marketing Trainee at Management Events, providing HR support across multiple countries. Hanna holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Jyväskylä.
