Oliver Berry is a Senior Researcher at Nesta, specializing in reducing domestic carbon emissions within the Sustainable Future Mission since October 2022. Previously engaged as a Behavioural Scientist during a 12-month secondment at Nesta's A Sustainable Future mission, Oliver has also held positions as Research Advisor and Associate Research Advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team from September 2020 to September 2023. Oliver's academic background includes an MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, achieved with distinction, and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Experimental Psychology) from the University of Cambridge. Early career experiences include roles at Mercer and Willis Towers Watson, focusing on executive compensation and incentive design, as well as a human resources internship at Lloyds Banking Group.
