Luay Salman

Director Of Customer Success & Support at Nest Wealth

Luay Salman has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2008 as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Wilfrid Laurier University Student Publications. Luay then worked as a Field Marketing Representative for Kognitive Marketing in 2010 before moving on to roles in various competitions and organizations such as Inter-Collegiate Business Competition and JDC Central 2011.

In 2012, Luay joined Nightingale Informatix, where they progressed through different roles, including Jr. QA Analyst, Senior Support Service Analyst, and Sales Renewals and Account Management. During their time with Nightingale Informatix, Luay contributed to process improvements, automation, and client satisfaction.

In 2015, Luay joined Intelex Technologies as a Consultant, where they led multiple client implementation projects and provided guidance and support throughout the implementation process. Luay then advanced to the role of Manager of Customer Success, overseeing customer success initiatives.

Since 2020, Luay has been working at Nest Wealth, initially as a Director of Customer Success and later taking on the additional responsibility of Support. Luay is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and support services.

Throughout their career, Luay has demonstrated strong project management, client relationship management, and leadership skills.

Luay Salman received their Ontario Secondary School Diploma from St Robert's Catholic Highschool in 2008. Luay then went on to pursue a degree in Business at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an HBA. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Modern Leadership from Weird Is Nrml in 2022 and Business Analysis from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2016.
