Sreeja Sivasankaran has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Sreeja started their career at Environmental Products India Pvt Ltd in 2003 as an EA to the director, where they managed project operations, prepared proposals, and handled advertisement content. Sreeja then joined Tata Consultancy Services in 2004, initially as an Asst Systems Analyst and later as a Consultant, working on the Modernizing Government Programme for the Government of Kerala.

In 2010, Sreeja joined Ernst & Young as a Consultant before moving to Accenture in 2012 as a Project Manager. At Accenture, they headed the PMU for the implementation of Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems for the Kerala Police. Sreeja'sresponsibilities included project management, team and vendor management, client relationship management, and designing change management strategies.

In 2017, Sreeja joined Zyxware Technologies as a Senior Project Manager and later took on the role of Engagement Manager. In these positions, they collaborated with the sales and marketing team on client acquisition, provided guidance to clients on digital transformation initiatives, and managed client relationships while ensuring the commercial viability of engagements.
