Nikhil Jayakumar Warrier has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Nikhil started working at nambisons softronix in 2012 as a Software Developer and remained in that role until August 2015. In 2015, they joined Datamate as a Software Developer and worked there until October 2018. Nikhil then moved to NeST Digital in October 2018 where they initially worked as a Software Engineer until July 2022. After that, they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineering, which they currently hold.

Nikhil Jayakumar Warrier completed their high school education at St Paul Senior Secondary School in Bhopal from 2006 to 2008, with a focus on Commerce. Nikhil then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chemmnur Academy of Advanced Studies from 2008 to 2012.
