Asha Varghese has work experience as a Senior Software Engineer at NeST Digital since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from March 2021 to March 2022. Asha also worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions from March 2012 to December 2013. Before that, they held the position of Jr. Embedded Engineer at Quest Innovative Solutions from June 2011 to March 2012. Asha's earliest work experience was as a Research Assistant (Dept. of ECE) at Toc H Institute of Science & Technology from October 2010 to April 2011.

Asha Varghese completed their Matriculation degree from Ambalamedu High School between 1994 and 2004. Asha then pursued their Plus Two degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology from Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School from 2004 to 2006. Finally, Asha obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2010.
