Fanny Sainte-Croix is a seasoned Quality Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA since March 2012, with a strong track record in quality management, operational excellence, and team leadership within the beverage industry. Key responsibilities include being a member of the Managing Board, overseeing the opening of a new Nespresso factory, launching new product ranges, managing quality systems, and leading sensory analysis. Previously, Fanny held quality management roles at Nestlé and Nestlé Waters, where significant achievements included obtaining various certifications, managing teams effectively, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Fanny holds an International Master in Management and Food Industry from ENSAIA and a Master’s in Science in Biology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
