Heather Mott, CSP, currently serves as an Account Manager at NES+ Health, where responsibilities include being the primary contact for clients and providers while fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders. With extensive experience, Heather has also instructed CPR and First Aid for the American Red Cross since 1998, managed a staffing branch at BONNEY Staffing Center, and held a role in Human Resources at Blue Hill Memorial Hospital focusing on policy development. Previous positions include Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services and Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at Norumbega Medical. Heather began their career as a Firefighter/First Responder for the Town of Milford, Maine. Notable education includes completion of the Bangor Region Leadership Institute and certification in EMT-Basic from Eastern Maine Community College.
