Gerard McDonough is a seasoned leader in organizational culture and investment, currently serving as the Founder & Managing Director of NextArc Leadership Solutions since October 2023, where the focus is on activating leadership to enhance strategy execution. As Co-Managing Partner at G2 Equity Partners since July 2014, Gerard leverages extensive operational expertise and proprietary research in Human Equity Valuationâ„¢ to drive targeted investments. Previously, Gerard held the position of Senior Managing Director at Ankura from September 2017 to September 2023, leading the Advanced Human Capital practice and developing the CultureKeyâ„¢ platform. As the founder and former CEO of LeadFirst Learning Systems, acquired by Ankura in 2017, Gerard has over 30 years of diverse experience in corporate leadership and business consulting. Gerard holds an Executive Development Certificate in Financial Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from The Catholic University of America.
