Will Dyson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Will started their career as a Consultant at Lucid Tech Solutions, LLC in 2002. During this time, they performed software development, workstation and network installation and maintenance, as well as hardware diagnostics and repair. In 2007, they established their own freelance business called Will Dyson Consulting, where they mainly focused on developing and deploying websites, applications, and servers, as well as providing hardware and software education and training for small to medium-sized businesses. Will also worked as an Interim CTO at UpdatesCentral in 2015 before joining Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. as a System Administrator in the same year.

Will Dyson attended Earlham College from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Physics.
