Mary Kate McAllister has a diverse work experience. Mary Kate started their career as a Sales and Catering Intern at The Rittenhouse Hotel in 2014. Mary Kate then worked as a Waitress at Braca Cafe from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Mary Kate joined Comcast Spectacor as a Human Resources Intern, later transitioning to the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator and eventually becoming a Recruitment Operations Specialist. Mary Kate then moved to Spectra in 2018, where they held the positions of Talent Development and Client Experience Specialist, and subsequently a Human Resources Generalist. Mary Kate's most recent role was at Nerd Street Gamers, where they served as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO starting in October 2019.

Mary Kate McAllister earned a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed high school at Hatboro-Horsham High School from 2008 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Mary Kate obtained their CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute in March 2015. Mary Kate also obtained an Extended DiSC certification in August 2018, although the institution providing the certification is unknown.
