Lala Nadirova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate governance, document control, and education. Currently serving as a Corporate Governance Specialist at NEQSOL HOLDING since March 2020, Lala has also held roles including Document Controller and Personal Assistant to the Chief Human Capital Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to the General Manager at Baku Shipyard LLC and working as a Test Corrector at The State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Lala also has a strong teaching background, having taught English at various institutions, including Secondary School 22 and Kaspi Education. Lala holds a Master of Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Gandja State University.
