Kevin M. Bolan has a diverse work experience history. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Stocker for 99 Cents Only Stores, responsible for restocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness. In 2003, they joined The Home Depot as an Assistant Store Manager, overseeing operations and managing staff. Kevin M. worked at The Home Depot until 2015, ensuring excellent customer service and store appearance. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Loan Officer for Speedy Cash Payday Advances, assisting customers with loan processes. In 2015, they joined JetStream Ground Services as an Aircraft Groomer, responsible for aircraft cleaning. In 2016, they became a Student Tutor for the Aircraft Maintenance program at Chandler/Gilbert Community College. Later that year, they worked as an Aircraft Mechanic for the University of North Dakota until 2017. Kevin M. then joined MD Helicopters, Inc. as an A&P Light Helicopter Technician from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Contract A&P for Neptune Aviation at Contract Aircraft Technicians (CAT Aerostaffing). Finally, they became a Crew Chief at Neptune Aviation Services, Inc. in August 2018.

Kevin M. Bolan began their education at Longmont High-school from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Creative Writing and obtained their high school diploma. Kevin M. then attended High-Tech Institute-Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Digital Design and Animation. Following that, from 2015 to 2017, Kevin attended Chandler/Gilbert Community College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technician (part 147) A&P certification. In addition to their academic achievements, Kevin also obtained certifications as a Powerplant Certified Mechanic and an Airframe Certified Mechanic from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 2017 and August 2016, respectively.
