Suetying Shoesmith has extensive experience in e-commerce and customer service, currently serving as an E-commerce Assistant and holding various product development roles at Neptune since September 2015. Prior to this, Suetying worked at JB Global Ltd as a Product Administrator, where responsibilities included collating product requests, data analysis, and supporting marketing teams. Additional experience includes positions at Oak Furniture Land, McArthurGlen Group, and Marks and Spencer, focusing on sales support and customer service. Suetying holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with Honours in Media and Visual Cultures from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a National Diploma in Interior Design from Swindon College.
