Natalie Keune

Senior Project Manager & Team Lead - Operations at Nepa

Natalie Keune has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie began their career as an IAESTE Student Traineeship at Universidade Federal de Viçosa in 2011. Natalie then worked as a Bachelor Student at Universitätsklinikum Jena before becoming a Research Assistant at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and Karolinska Institutet. Natalie also served as an Undergraduate Assistant in Office Administration at DNUG. In 2013, they returned to Karolinska Institutet as a Research Assistant. Natalie then joined Universitätsklinikum Jena as a Master Student from 2015 to 2016. Natalie continued their career as a Junior Research Analyst at Universum in 2016 before moving to Tobii Pro in 2017, where they worked as a Market Research Analyst, specializing in eye tracking research. Natalie joined Nepa in 2020 as a Technical Project Manager, responsible for timely and high-quality delivery of the company's products within brand tracking. Natalie then advanced to the role of Senior Project Manager in operations, dedicated to process development, product development, and standardization. Currently, Natalie holds the position of Senior Project Manager & Team Lead - Operations at Nepa, where they oversee project management and ensures efficient workflows, scalability, and quality.

Natalie Keune obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General from Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2012. Natalie then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Molecular Medicine from the same university, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Tobii Pro Onboarding: Wearable Eye Trackers and Tobii Pro Lab, World Class Employer Branding from Employer Branding Academy, Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from Coursera Course Certificates, and Good Clinical Practice Training from University Hospital Jena, Center for Clinical Studies.
