Annette Ginocchetti, GISP, has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as the GIS Services Manager at Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance since September 2014, where responsibilities include providing geospatial technical support and managing the NEPA ArcGIS HUB. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior GIS Analyst for Luzerne County Government, where Annette supported various county departments and created FEMA flood maps, and holding roles such as Information Technology Recruiter and GIS Analyst I at institutions like Huntsville Executive Search and Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, respectively. Annette’s earlier roles involved data collection and analysis in the GIS field, starting with an internship at the PA Department of Environmental Protection. Annette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University.
