Theo Stam has extensive experience in the broadcast technology sector, currently serving as Manager Technology - Broadcast and Lead Solutions Consultant at NEP The Netherlands since January 2006. With a strong background as a Senior Sound Engineer, Theo has been responsible for the sound design and mixing of notable television shows, including "The Voice of Holland" and significant sports events across various disciplines. Prior to NEP, Theo worked as an RF Engineer at Dutchview Mobile, focusing on aerial relay systems for major sporting events. Additionally, Theo has undertaken freelance work and gained early experience through internships in audiovisual settings. Educational qualifications include an MBO in Sound&Vision and Mediatechnology from ROC Midden-Nederland.
