Isabelle Muller currently serves as Vice President HR EAME at Neovia Logistics, a position held since August 2012, where responsibilities include leading the HR function across 15 countries in the EAME region and managing employee transfers. Prior to this, Isabelle held various HR roles at Caterpillar Logistics Services from 1998 to July 2012, including Regional HR Manager, where management of 1400 employees across 12 countries in EAME was key, and HR Manager France, overseeing 400 employees. Additional roles included HR Supervisor overseeing operations in Metz and Paris, and Black Belt, leading HR projects across the EAME region. Isabelle holds a DESU - BAC+5 in Human Resources from Université de Metz.
