Eugenio Cabral currently serves as the AI Engineer Leader at dLocal since November 2023. Prior to this role, Eugenio was the Generative AI CoE Leader at Capgemini, overseeing strategic engagements and pioneering Generative AI solutions for financial services in Brazil. With a strong background in Data Science and Engineering, Eugenio effectively led teams, expanded practices, and developed client-centric solutions, significantly increasing team size and enhancing partnerships. Previous experiences include positions as Data & AI Solution Architect, Practice & Delivery Manager, Lead Data Scientist, and Senior Data Scientist, with a foundational career starting as a Data Engineer and Software Engineer. Eugenio holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence from USP and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Alfenas, alongside an exchange program at the University of Adelaide.
