Lokeswari M started their work experience in 2018 as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained experience in Agile team-oriented environments and was involved in all aspects of product development. Lokeswari also worked as a Front-end Engineer, developing a back-office application using the Vue JS Framework to streamline the risk assessment process for loan processing. Additionally, they worked on API-gateway integration using Node JS. In 2021, Lokeswari M was promoted to the role of Senior Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they continued to develop user-facing feature products and was responsible for the complete development and deployment process. In 2023, they joined neotiv as a Senior Web Developer.

Lokeswari M obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sreenivasa Institute of Technology & Management Studies in Thimmasamudram, Chittoor. Lokeswari attended the institute from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Lokeswari received the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021.
