Mohd. Salman Isha has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering and operations. Mohd. Salman started their career as an Executive IT at Solution9, where they focused on Linux and Windows systems administration and performed tasks such as software installation, backups, and configuration management. Mohd. Salman then progressed to a Senior Executive role, managing the company's server business and overseeing Linux and Windows systems administration. During this time, they also managed Xen Servers.

After Solution9, Salman joined SoftwarePeople as an Operations Engineer. In this role, they configured and maintained Amazon Web Services, Windows/Linux/Database Servers, and implemented backup strategies and disaster recovery systems.

Salman then moved to TigerIT Bangladesh Ltd. as a DevOps Engineer, where they continued their work in configuring and maintaining servers. Mohd. Salman worked in this position from September 2019 to February 2021.

Most recently, Salman worked at Realis Simulation as a DevOps Engineer from October 2022 to November 2022, and they are currently working at Neota in the same capacity, starting from January 2023.

Mohd. Salman Isha completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2011. Mohd.
