Vincent Carpentier, P.Eng. CLA has extensive work experience in software and electronics engineering. Vincent is the President and Owner of Neosoft Technologies, a company specializing in energy, aerospace, defense, electro-optic, and communications markets. Vincent has a unique experience in developing custom software and electronic solutions based on Commercially Off-The-Shelf technologies (COTS). Vincent has also served as the Vice-President of Neosoft Technologies, where they combined software and electronic expertise to build custom solutions. Prior to this, Vincent worked at National Instruments as a Business Development Manager for Canada, a District Sales Manager for Eastern Canada, and a Technical Field Sales representative. Vincent was responsible for growing National Instruments' product and platform presence in Test, Control, and Design Applications. Vincent also has experience as a C++/MFC/CORBA/SNMP Developer at Mediatrix Telecom Inc., a C++ on Mobile/PDA intern at VIASAT GeoTechnologies, and a Java Developer at Ericsson Canada. With their diverse background in engineering and sales, Vincent brings a valuable skillset to their work.
Vincent Carpentier, P.Eng. CLA, has a comprehensive education history. Vincent completed their undergraduate studies at the Université de Sherbrooke from 2001 to 2005, earning a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Champlain Regional School, where they pursued Pure and Applied Sciences.
In addition to their formal education, Vincent Carpentier has also obtained multiple certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) through National Instruments. Vincent further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing the NI-DAQmx Programming and Measurement Fundamentals certifications in 2018. In 2013, they attained the prestigious National Instruments - Certified Professional Instructor (CPI) designation. Most recently, in 2020, Vincent Carpentier obtained the DQMH Framework certification from National Instruments.
Notably, Vincent Carpentier also participated in various professional development programs. In 2012, they completed the Havard Management Mentor Program at Harvard Business School Publishing.
