Yuliya Lyubovnaya, MBA has a diverse work experience. Yuliya started their career as a Regional Manager at Elfa - Creating Space in October 2015 and held the role until December 2017. Yuliya then worked as a Project Manager at Acord Invest from June 2019 to January 2020. Following that, they transitioned into the Information Technology industry, working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Unicorn from February to May 2020, and later as an Information Technology Business Analyst from May to October 2020. Currently, Yuliya serves as an Information Technology Business Analyst and Process and IT Analysts Team Lead at NEORIS starting from October 2020 and October 2021 respectively.

Yuliya Lyubovnaya, MBA, has a diverse educational background. In 2010 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Novosibirsk State Academy of Architecture and Art (NGAHA). Later in 2016 to 2017, Yuliya pursued a course in Czech Language from Charles University. Finally, in 2022 to 2023, they completed an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. Additionally, Yuliya holds certifications such as "Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)" from Scrum.org in 2020 and "Сertificate of Czech Language - Level B2" from Charles University in Prague in 2016.
