Terrance Thomas, also known as DJ Mr T, is a multi-talented professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Official DJ of Delahn Realty since January 2024, Terrance also holds the position of Executive Partner at BRAND NEW Promotions, where efforts focus on developing impactful promotional campaigns. As the Regional Vice President at NeoRipples Marketing since June 2021, Terrance oversees strategic growth and regional marketing strategies. Additionally, Terrance has been a Motivational Speaker with Sanya Events since March 2006, inspiring transformation and self-improvement. Previous experience includes a role as Property Manager at RR Property Mauritius from January 2020 to January 2023, managing tenant relations and property maintenance. Terrance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from McMurry University, obtained in 2009.
