Eva Barbier has a diverse work background with experience in various positions. In 2007, they co-founded DCNTRL Kommunikationsnetzwerk OG as the Managing Partner - Executive, where they focused on local marketing and social media marketing. In 2012, they became the Managing Partner at DECENTRAL CnD until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Eva worked as the Operation Manager & Lead Communication at Do it! Communications GmbH. Concurrently, they also worked as a Lecturer at Johannes Kepler University from 2014 to 2020. In 2016, Eva became a Managing Partner at espacio eu, where they optimized working spaces and developed employer brands. Finally, in July 2020, they joined neoom as the Head of Marketing.

Eva Barbier attended Johannes Kepler Universität Linz from 2000 to 2007, where they earned a Mag. degree in Economics. In 2003, they briefly studied at Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Leadership and cultural communication.
