Saad Sharba is an experienced professional in fire safety and prevention, currently serving as Fire Safety Manager and Senior Loss Prevention Engineer at NEOM since August 2019. Previously, Saad held various engineering and management roles at SABIC from October 2015, including Staff Engineer and Fire Manager. At Neom Bay, Saad worked as a Fire & Safety Specialist from January 2019 to November 2020. Earlier roles include Division Head of Fire Protection at Aramco and Fire Engineering Head at Saudi Aramco, where responsibilities involved fire protection and engineering support. Saad Sharba earned a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology from Eastern Kentucky University between 1997 and 2000.
