Min Zhong is an experienced Information Management professional currently serving as the Manager of Information Management at NEOM since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Management Consultant at Sword Group and as the Information Manager/Digital Transformation Lead at China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation. In these roles, Min Zhong developed and implemented strategies for data governance, document control, and data integration, focusing on engineering data management across various project phases. Earlier positions involved significant contributions at KBR, Inc. as a Senior Information Management Specialist and at MW Kellogg as an Information Management Specialist, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, project information handover, and automation processes. Min Zhong holds a Master of Science degree in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Portsmouth.
