David Díaz Camarero is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure management and project engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Manager at NEOM since January 2023, David previously held roles at Parsons Corporation as a Senior Project Engineer and Senior Resident Construction Engineer, where contributions included technical and contractual support within the KSA PIF Program. David's expertise extends to project management roles at Arcadis, GKW Consult GmbH, and Artelia, focusing on significant water supply and pipelines projects in regions such as Qatar and the GCC. Earlier positions at Altec - Balpia S.A. and Ferrovial involved comprehensive civil works management, demonstrating strong leadership in coordinating diverse teams and ensuring project delivery. David holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Universidad de Extremadura, respectively.
