Scott Koblentz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America and APAC at Neology, Inc. since December 2024, Scott also holds the position of Independent Board Member at IPS Group, Inc. Since August 2024. Previously, Scott worked at Cubic Corporation from August 2015 to November 2024, where roles included Senior Vice President of Operations & Engineering and Vice President of Global Operations. Additionally, Scott was the Principal of Business Operations at the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) from June 2011 to August 2015. Scott's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, an MBA in International Business from The California State University, and an Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School.
