Dan Hartman has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of customer service and engineering. Dan began their career in 2000 as an Engineering Technician at ThermaWave. In 2002, they were promoted to Senior Engineering Technician at Nanometrics. In 2006, they moved to Abbott Diabetes Care as an Engineering Services Technician. In 2007, they joined Clarity Medical Systems, Inc. as a Senior Service Technician. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Natus Medical, Inc. as a Senior Service Technician, repairing RetCam Medical Devices and Systems, providing customers with Technical Support, and providing Field Service for RetCam Systems. Since 2022, they have been a Senior Customer Success Specialist at both NeoLight, LLC and Phoenix Technology Group.
Dan Hartman attended Heald Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an ASEET in Electronic Engineering Technology. Prior to that, they attended Amador Valley High School.
